Gerry Hudson-Martin is a learning and development executive with demonstrated success building and leading two Fortune 500 learning and talent management teams. He is a proven leader and teacher of project management, training business management, strategic planning, training design, metrics and change management.
Hudson-Martin served as vice president of training and development at Marriott International, aligning training efforts with key enterprise initiatives, including finance and human resources transformations, IT leadership and associate engagement. He developed innovative approaches to blended training programs for onboarding, hotel systems rollouts, language training and service delivery that enabled the continuation of Marriott’s service culture during periods of rapid expansion.
Earlier in his career, he directed the IT and the corporate training departments at John Hancock Financial Services, and taught high school science, mathematics and psychology.
At Business Architects, Hudson-Martin is responsible for project management and the design of learning solutions.
