Kim Desmond

Kim Desmond is the VP of Customer Success at Inkling, where she oversees the Professional Services, Client Support, Training, and Partnership teams. Kim ensures Inkling’s clients build and share interactive, accessible, mobile-ready content efficiently and successfully—and are happy doing so. She comes to Inkling after dedicating 14 years to DemandTec as a Customer Success executive, during which time she helped propel the company from startup to IPO status to being acquired by IBM.

Prior to her work with Inkling and DemandTec, Kim was a manager at A.T. Kearney and a senior accountant at Price Waterhouse. She received her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
