Manette Chadwick is responsible for strategy, planning, operations, budget, communications, global onboarding, metrics, reporting and thought leadership for SAP’s first centralized global learning organization. Chadwick joined SAP from SuccessFactors, which ranked No. 1 globally at the Learning! 100 Awards, leading curriculum and content development for sales, customers, partners and leadership. She has also led learning teams at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, which ranked No. 1 globally at the ATD BEST Awards. Driving Chadwick’s success are her exceptional strategic vision, operational acumen, effective use of data and analytics and commitment to nurturing those around her (while having fun, no matter what!).
Chadwick received a 2015 YWCA Tribute to Women Award from the YWCA Silicon Valley. She earned her master’s in teaching English as a second or foreign language from San Jose State University, and her bachelor’s in design and visual communications from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She has also completed coursework in marketing and advertising at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Chadwick and her husband live in Mountain View, California. She enjoys riding motorcycles, camping and playing the banjo.
